Bed & Breakfast

We do not accept children under 3 years of age.
Children Aged 3-14 years £12 per night between 4th September - 18th June and £15 per night between 19th June and 3rd September when sharing family room with 2 adults.
All other en-suite rooms full price for children.

All rooms non-smoking along with all other areas in the hotel
We regret that no pets can be accepted apart from guide/hearing dogs.

All rooms are en-suite, have colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, clock/radio, hairdryer, central heating and double glazing.

Rooms available between 2pm and 9pm on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of the first nights stay or £25 per person which ever is the greater is normally required and will be requested on confirmation of booking dates. Reservations will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit.
 Stays of only 1 night will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation Plan UK Holiday Insurance
When you book your UK holiday, you are entering into a legally binding contract. What would happen if you fell ill, had an accident - if you were made redundant, for example? If you are forced to cancel your holiday, we would of course make every effort to relet your room but should we not succeed, we reserve the right to levy cancellation charges and in any event you will lose your deposit. To guard against this you may wish to cover yourself with Cancellation Plan insurance, so that you can relax and look forward to your holiday with total peace of mind.
